Effective September 8, 2026. This policy explains how Dalexa Limited, operating Review Removal, handles information submitted through reviewremoval.co.uk.
Information you provide
We collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, review or business profile link, location when supplied, and information you choose to include in an assessment request or support conversation. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records, or sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use your information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a quote, provide agreed services, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and operate the website. An assessment request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers and processing
Lead records are stored in our database. We use our self-hosted Chatwoot helpdesk for support, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Cloudflare for website security and DNS. Providers process information necessary for their role. Data may be processed outside your country, including in Europe and the United States.
Website measurement
We retain limited acquisition information with your request, such as the landing page, referring website origin, and campaign tags. With your consent, we count page views and interactions in aggregate by day, page and review platform. These counts contain no visitor identifier, IP address, names, emails, phone numbers, or review text. You can reset your choice on the cookie policy page.
Retention and security
We retain assessment and support records while they are needed to respond, provide services, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations. Access is restricted to authorised staff. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed by contacting us.
Your choices and requests
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about how we use your information. We may need to verify a request before acting. We do not sell personal information or use assessment details for cross-context behavioural advertising.
