FAQs
Here is how we approach the questions behind a disputed review.
These terms do not retrospectively replace an existing quote, accepted email promise, refund commitment, reinstatement commitment, or agreed payment extension. Historical upfront arrangements remain governed by their accepted terms, including any promised per-review refund without deductions. Credits do not replace an agreed cash refund unless the customer expressly chooses them.
We accept removal requests for an attempt, but removal is never guaranteed. Google and Trustpilot decide whether a review violates their policies. A low rating or genuine criticism alone is not a removal ground. An assessment can help explain possible grounds; it is not an eligibility gate.
There’s no upfront payment. We confirm the scope and price before work starts. You pay the agreed fee only after we confirm the review has been removed. If it stays, there is no removal fee.
We provide a fixed quote for the selected review before work starts. The price can vary by platform and review age. Your quote confirms the currency, tax treatment, and total fee. For multiple reviews, we agree the price for each one so you only pay for successful removals.
We typically respond within minutes. Removal timing depends on the platform and the work required. We explain the next steps and keep you updated as your request progresses.
Google’s direct review page and the main review listing can update at different times. In cases we have handled, the main listing has sometimes taken a few days to refresh after the direct review stopped showing. This can be a display or caching delay; it does not automatically mean the review has returned. Google controls the timing. Send us the current link and a screenshot if you still see it, so we can check the specific review rather than assume it is a delay. A broken direct link alone is not proof of removal.
If the same review returns within 30 calendar days after our written removal confirmation, tell us and supply the link or screenshot. This includes restoration or editing of the original review and a materially identical repost by the same reviewer during that period. We may ask for information needed to establish that it is the covered review. Please report it promptly; a reasonable delay in reporting does not by itself remove protection if the evidence shows it returned during the covered period. We pursue another available removal and appeal process for the covered review at no additional charge. This is a commitment to attempt the work and provide the financial remedy below, not a guarantee of a second removal. We cannot prevent future posts or control platform account restrictions.
Tell us when you reported the review, which reason you selected and what the platform replied. We look for relevant evidence that may have been missed and check whether an appeal is available. Repeating the same report is not a promise of a different outcome.
We do not charge for a review already removed before our work starts. Once we have begun the authorized work, the agreed fee becomes payable if the review is subsequently confirmed removed under these terms, even if you or another provider are also pursuing its removal. Where requests overlap, it may not be possible to establish which action produced the result. Payment is therefore based on confirmed removal after our work has started, without requiring proof that our work was the sole or decisive cause. Tell us about previous reports, other providers, and any parallel removal activity; using another provider does not cancel our engagement or reduce the agreed fee.
Once you have accepted the quote and we accept your instruction, we begin work immediately, subject to any mandatory requirements for starting the service. You cannot cancel the engagement for convenience after we have accepted the instruction and begun work. This applies to preparation and investigation as well as reports and appeals; work does not begin only when a platform submission is made. This restriction does not override any cancellation, withdrawal, or termination right that applicable law makes mandatory, including a right arising from our breach. Where required, we obtain a separate express request before starting during a statutory cancellation period and the required acknowledgment before that right can be lost on full performance. Accepting these terms alone does not waive those rights.
You don’t need to share a password or grant account access to submit your review. If we need an action from you later, we’ll explain exactly what to do. Never send passwords through the form.
Yes. Google and Trustpilot both offer reporting tools. Our service is for businesses that want help assessing the grounds, preparing evidence, and managing the process. You can find the official reporting guidance on our platform pages.
Start with one review so you can experience the service first. After it’s removed, our team can help with additional reviews.
No. A booking may be under a partner’s name, or the person may have contacted you without buying anything. Start with the date, branch and service mentioned. Explain any specific mismatch; an unfamiliar display name alone is not enough.
