REVIEW REMOVAL / COOKIE POLICY
Cookie Policy
Effective October 13, 2026. This policy explains browser storage and advertising measurement used by ReviewAppeals. Your removal request and agreed fee do not depend on allowing optional measurement.
Essential functionality
We use necessary browser storage for security, privacy choices, form or review progress, and support conversations you choose to open. Chatwoot loads when you open chat and uses identifiers to maintain that conversation. Essential functionality remains available when optional measurement is refused.
Your measurement choices
The current implementation enables optional measurement by default unless a refusal is recorded. Essential only stops optional browser and server measurement and clears the site's stored acquisition information. Allow ad measurement enables the site's configured measurement and advertising integrations. You can change your choice on this page.
A recorded refusal remains effective unless you change your choice. Refusing optional measurement does not prevent you from requesting or receiving the agreed service.
Browser settings may also block or remove storage. If you clear the stored preference, the current implementation can return to its default.
Aggregate measurement and acquisition storage
Aggregate counters use limited event, page, platform, and market dimensions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, review text, and review links are not included in those counters or Google Analytics event dimensions. Browser acquisition storage can retain a landing page, referring site origin, and approved campaign tags for up to 180 days and attach them to an inquiry where measurement is permitted.
Google Analytics may use _ga cookies and related identifiers when enabled. Essential only withdraws analytics storage permission, removes matching cookies set by this site, and clears stored acquisition information.
Advertising measurement and matching
Meta uses _fbp and _fbc identifiers and advertising click information to match permitted browser and server events. An advertising click can be stored in the _fbc cookie for up to 90 days. Matching information linked to an inquiry can be retained for up to 180 days for eligible replies, quote acceptance, or later verified payment events. A payment event includes its actual amount and currency; accepting a quote is not a payment.
Where ad measurement is allowed, server-side matching uses SHA-256 hashes of normalized valid email addresses and optional phone numbers. Those hashes are personal information, not anonymous data. Raw contact details, names, business names, review links, and review text are not sent in these measurement events. Matching hashes are not added to browser analytics or Google Analytics.
Where Google Ads is configured, advertising cookies such as _gcl_ cookies and saved click identifiers support assessment conversion measurement. Saved Google click identifiers expire after at most 90 days. Ad personalization is disabled in that integration. Google and Meta may process information internationally.
Withdrawal and information already sent
Essential only withdraws optional measurement permission, removes relevant analytics and advertising cookies set by this site, and requests removal of stored advertising matches, including matching contact hashes where used. Failed withdrawal requests are queued in this browser and retried on a later visit. Do not assume that closing the page immediately guarantees a failed server request has completed.
Advertising delivery payloads are erased after acknowledgment or after at most eight days. Minimal deduplication and withdrawal fingerprints may remain to prevent repeated reporting or restoration of a revoked match. Withdrawal does not recall data already sent to Google or Meta. Contact [email protected] about deletion or other privacy requests.
